Kerygma Session:
“Miracles Do Happen”
March 28 at 7:00 p.m.
– in the narthex

So often, when we are praying for a miracle we get discouraged if it seems to not happen. However, Jesus assures us over and over again, “ask and you will receive, search and you will find, knock and the door will be opened”. Perhaps the challenge to seeing the miracles in our life is to understand the very nature of Jesus’ miracles as revealed in the Gospels. In this kerygma session, we will explore some of the Gospel miracle stories through a Lectio Divina methodology in order to discover the where, what and how of the miracle and what it actually means for the miracles in our life today.

Recognizing that the majority of adults concluded their faith formation and learning as children, many benefit from opportunities to revisit the fundamentals of our Christian faith from an adult perspective. St. Gianna’s offers ongoing opportunities such as Kerygma, Liturgical Formation, the New Evangelization, as well as small faith sharing groups.
