June 19, 1954 – June 29, 2025

With heavy hearts and deep gratitude, we celebrate the life of our beloved wife, mother and grandmother Josefina Gomez Ty.  She passed away on June 29, 2025 at the age of 71.

An intimate viewing was held before the cremation.  Entombment was held at the Living Waters Columbarium at a later date.

Josie has lived a life full of kindness and love that she selflessly shared to her family and friends.  She was the quiet strength of our family, the creative one and the one that showed to trust God through every season.

Though her earthly journey had ended, her legacy continues in the lives she touched in a positive light, every value and lesson she passed on, and precious memories that we hold dear.  We find peace in knowing she is now resting in eternal peace.

She is deeply loved and missed.

Her light has not gone out.
It simply shines from a higher place.
