June 26, 1955 – September 19, 2025

Leocadio D. Tanseco, 70 years old, our beloved husband and father, died on September 19, 2025 after a long battle with a lingering illness.

He was born in Catbalogan City, Philippines in 1955 to Frederico and Raquel Tanseco (both deceased).  He graduated from Mapua Institute of Technology with a degree in mechanical engineering and spent most of his younger years help build offices, malls and manufacturing plants.

He married his beloved wife, Sally, in 1987 and together they raised their four kids, Erving John, Kenneth Paul, Samantha Rose and Carlos Miguel.

He spent his free time playing basketball, watching TV and reading.  Leo’s kindness, humility, love and selflessness for his family will forever remain in the hearts of people who knew him.  He believed in building not just structures, but also relationships and memories that stand the test of time.

Leocadio was preceded in death by Frederico (father), Raquel (mother) and Al (brother), and is survived by his wife Sally, and his children Erving, Kenneth, Samantha and Carlos.

A celebration of Leo’s life was held on September 27, 2025 at Mosaic Funeral Home, 1839 Inkster Blvd.
