Interim Entombment
On July 13, 2026, Raul Dizon Limonar was called home into the loving arms of our Lord and Saviour at the age of 63 years old.
To those who knew him best, Raul was a man of boundless warmth and infectious humour. He was an amazing husband of almost 39 years to Anna Divina T. Limonar, who will always remember him as her greatest supporter, singing partner and best friend. Whether he is singing at Church, cooking, watching movies, spending many hours in karaoke sessions with friends and relatives, he approaches life with joy, dedication and love.
An Electrical Engineer from the Philippines, he migrated to Canada with his family back in 2009. He is a faithful servant of God who actively served the choir at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church. Although he had many health challenges for many years, he did not lose faith in the promise of God.
He will be missed by his wife Divina who he fondly calls “My” – (From the nickname My Love), his children Angelica, Daniel and daughter in-law Paulene and his beloved grandchild Primo who lovingly calls him Lolo Dhie as well as numerous relatives and extended family in Canada, USA and Philippines.
He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter and cherished memories which will be carried forward by those who have the privilege of knowing him. His remarkable life will forever be an inspiration and a reflection of his love in Christ.
“to love the Lord your God, to walk in all his ways, to keep his commandments, and to hold fast to him, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul.”
– Joshua 22:5
