Protocol Change Regarding Flower Orders

At Living Waters Columbarium, we are humbled and grateful that so many of our families have entrusted us with the care and entombment of their loved ones.  As we continue to see our entombments increase however, we find we must make some changes in our Columbarium protocol regarding our freestanding floral bouquets.

We have an outstanding number of families and visitors in the Columbarium now, especially on Feast days and other holidays.  This is wonderful news, however, it has been noticed how congested the Columbarium has become at these high times of the various seasons.

In order to keep everyone safe, reduce congestion and entombed niches being obstructed by the stands, we have adopted the protocol that there will be no orders of freestanding floral bouquets during the weeks surrounding the following times: Christmas (Dec.11-27, 2025), Valentine’s Day (Feb.6-17th, 2026), Easter (Mar.23-Apr.7, 2026), Mother’s Day (Apr.27-May 12, 2026), Father’s Day (June 8-23, 2026) or All Souls Day (Oct.20-Nov.4, 2026).

Families can still purchase a niche flower which is placed directly on your loved one’s niche and does not obstruct the visiting or names of neighbouring niches.

Those who have already ordered bouquets for Christmas 2025, will still be placed this year.  Freestanding floral bouquets may still be ordered for other times of the year.

This protocol is effective November 5th, 2025.

Thank you for your understanding.
